The holidays are over, the weather is gloomy – are you looking for something fun to do? The Parks and Rec Department, New Fairfield Library and New Fairfield Senior Center have fun programs and activities for all ages!
Be sure to check the Park and Rec brochure for new up- coming programs! New yoga programs include Teen & Tween Yoga, Family Yoga, Myofascial Release and Pilates Barre Fusion, offered through HYCT in New Fairfield beginning the first week in January. You can also join Lara Ward for Tone & Flow Yoga and Reflexology in the Mindfulness Room at Consolidated School and Cardio Kickboxing begins Jan 14th. There are also many afterschool programs offered this month including Mindfulness / Movement, Harry Potter, Candy Science class, Cookie Baking and Wilderness Hikes.
