After such a brutal winter, owner Brad Banks is grateful and “looking forward to warmer weather and getting back to the jobs we love to do.” Entering their busiest seasons over the next several months, Excel’s crew is excited to work on many large masonry and excavation projects throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding areas. Brad commented that the “two small towns are full of great people always wanting to improve their properties, and we enjoy bringing their ideas and dreams to reality.”

Another local focus is general property maintenance and landscaping, with Brad describing Excel’s ability to “provide a full landscape service to our clients where we mow the lawn, take care of shrubs, weed, mulch, trim, and provide spring and fall clean ups.” He explained that they conduct, for many clients, “weekly and monthly property inspections for walkway and patio repairs, shrub issues, lawn issues, and more.”

There’s a reason that customers stay with Excel Services; Brad relayed that he is proud that “over the years we have built an amazing crew who does amazing quality work with attention to detail on every project. The guys are very respectful and listen to customers’ wants and needs on every project.” They are always happy to maintain properties on their roster, and would also delightedly welcome new clients for excavation, masonry, and landscaping.

After nearly two decades in service, Brad reflected that Excel Services was founded “on the principles that quality workmanship and total client satisfaction are the basis of a strong and healthy business.” They started with “very little equipment and have now grown a fleet of trucks and equipment ranging from lawn mowers to 40,000-pound excavators and from pick-up trucks to triaxle dump trucks. This allows us to tackle just about any projects that come our way. We pride ourselves on having newer, clean, and well-maintained equipment to provide less down time on our projects.”
