Anthony Palladino, founder and co-owner of Southeast Kitchen & Bath in Brewster, New York, has watched his business grow steadily over the years, but nothing represents that growth more than their newly opened 4,000-square-foot showroom.
Designed to be a true one-stop shop for home remodeling projects, the expanded space allows clients to explore every element of their renovation under one roof. “We now handle everything for a remodeling job—from flooring to lighting fixtures—all in one place,” Palladino explained. The showroom features an extensive selection of cabinetry, tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finishes; giving homeowners the ability to see and compare products firsthand.
Staying current with design trends while maintaining high product standards had become increasingly difficult in the company’s former showroom. “We were in our old space for many years, and it was starting to feel small for the amount and quality of products we wanted to display,” Palladino said. The new showroom solves that problem, offering a streamlined experience that eliminates the need for clients to travel from store to store during the planning process.
Southeast Kitchen & Bath is known for managing remodeling projects from start to finish. From initial consultations and design work to construction and permitting, the company oversees every detail. Palladino credits his experienced team of carpenters, tile installers, painters, and office staff for consistently delivering high-quality results. “Everyone works together to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to make sure our clients are truly happy with the outcome,” he said.
While the company completes projects of all sizes, Palladino says some of his favorite work involves full home renovations. Recently, Southeast Kitchen & Bath completed a major remodel in Danbury, Connecticut that included raising the roof, adding two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and installing a new kitchen. The company has also built more than 20 homes in New Fairfield and is fully equipped to handle virtually any residential remodeling project.
Founded in 1973, Southeast Kitchen & Bath has adapted through decades of change in the industry. Palladino notes that today’s homeowners arrive more informed than ever, thanks to online inspiration and product research. “People have access to endless ideas,” he said—a trend that pairs perfectly with a showroom designed to bring those ideas to life.
Palladino is proud to continue a family legacy that spans generations. His father and grandfather were well-respected builders in Scarsdale, New York, and their homes are still recognized today as “Palladino built.” Now co-owning Southeast Kitchen & Bath with his son, Nicholas, and working alongside his son-in-law, Christopher, Palladino values the fresh perspectives and energy the next generation brings to the business.
Whether you’re planning a full renovation, gathering ideas for the future, or simply browsing for inspiration, Southeast Kitchen & Bath welcomes visitors to their new showroom at 10 Old Doansburg Road, Brewster, NY 10509. Showroom hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Learn more at SoutheastKitchenandBath.com
